In 2017, Silent Quadrant analyzed the Propane Education and Research Council’s (PERC) cybersecurity, IT, and data infrastructures and found that across the organization, workflows and processes were non-existent and many divisions of the business were distinctly siloed.

  • Digital transformation is a foundational change in how an organization delivers value to its customers. Driving transformation involves people, processes and platforms and required breaking the data center, fulfillment, and PERC office silos that were once prevalent.

  • Silent Quadrant equipped PERC with tools to communicate about these changes with their entire organization and networks and developed a strategic plan to sustain this digital transformation through: workforce transformation, data- driven messaging, Autogas network expansion and market growth.

  • Silent Quadrant also outlined the necessary steps to achieve their move to being a digital-first organization, including:

    • RELAUNCH OF PROPANE.COM
      Initial relaunch of Propane.com merged multiple disparate domains into a cohesive, rebranded eco-system with the goal of eliminating technical debt and centralizing critical business data.

    • ECOMMERCE ENABLEMENT
      Launch a feature-rich ecommerce platform supporting both public and gated purchasing of marketing materials.

    • HUBSPOT INTEGRATION
      Integrate website with a centralized CRM to provide reliable data integrity and marketing to propane audiences and users spanning multiple roles.

    • LEARNING CENTER
      Expansion of member-only dashboard to include safety and training materials.

    • HOMEPAGE REDESIGN
      Revamped the homepage to encourage scrolling and engagement with content down the page and across the site.

  • Silent Quadrant also worked to produce a secure integrated platform ecosystem through data extraction, data generation, industry data authority, data analysis, contextual data blending/machine learning, and strategy shaping.
